ELECTRIC CHAFING DISH SET The 2nd Generation of
Electric Water pan ~ 82189
|
It uses up to
75% less energy than the 1st Generation in the process,
reducing power consumption from 2200W to 500W but still hold
cooked food at temperature above the HACCP danger zone of 60 °C.

82189 is designed in a more
compact Size for saving cost of storage and transport. It not only works
independently but also be compatible with all Sunnex 1/1 chafers such as
X11389, X61187, X51289 or even roll-top chafers X32189 and X33189.
Special designed well holds different size of food pans. The sets come
with a full size 2.5" (65mm) food pan.
